Marriage on Amrum. On the lighthouse. Quite intimate for two. But it’s May 2020 – Corona forbids entry to the island! But with special permission, the bride and groom and luckily I was allowed to travel to the island as a photographer for the Amrum lighthouse wedding. It was a lot of stress, but it was worth it and this mega cool couple was able to experience their dream wedding. The evening before we already had a relaxed couple shooting in the dunes and the next day the civil wedding took place on the lighthouse. What an experience. The view over the dunes, the wind in Kathi’s red hair and even the sun still showed up. I am incredibly grateful that I was allowed to come along on this exciting journey and recount this special Amrum lighthouse wedding.
